Refer a Friend

Our Refer a Friend scheme is simple.

If you put us in touch with someone whom we subsequently place into a permanent position, we will provide you with a bonus of USD 500 (or equivalent).

We have a few caveats!

The bonus is only payable if ARR places the candidate, and only once the candidate has started in their new role.

The referral must be made by someone who is known to us - if you want to refer someone and haven't dealt with ARR before, drop us a line and we'll get in touch with you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept third party referrals, and the bonus is only payable if the prospective candidate is unknown to us at the time of referral.
