If you put us in touch with someone whom we subsequently place into a permanent position, we will say 'thank you' with a bonus of USD 500 (or equivalent).
We have a few caveats!
The bonus is only payable if ARR places the candidate, and only once the candidate has successfully completed their probationary period or after 3 months from their start date (whichever is longer).
The bonus is only payable if the prospective candidate is unknown to us at the time of referral.
Recommendations must be accompanied by an application to a specific role advertised with us, or with a CV along with the name and contact details of the recommended candidate.
The recommended candidate must have already consented to ARR contacting them with regards to recruitment.
